This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for MoreInterviews, a web application that helps users generate tailored CVs and cover letters based on their professional profiles and specific job advertisements. All payments for MoreInterviews are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle manages billing, payment processing, invoices, applicable taxes, and refund requests.

1. 14-Day Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing MoreInterviews for personal use as a consumer, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided that the purchased credits have not been used. Once any credits have been used to generate tailored job applications, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

• The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase.
• No credits from the purchased plan have been used.
• There was an accidental or duplicate transaction.
• A technical issue prevented the proper delivery of the service.

3. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
