This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for MoreInterviews, a web application that helps users generate tailored CVs and cover letters based on their professional profiles and specific job advertisements. All payments for MoreInterviews are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle manages billing, payment processing, invoices, applicable taxes, and refund requests.

If you are purchasing MoreInterviews for personal use as a consumer, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided that the purchased credits have not been used. Once any credits have been used to generate tailored job applications, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
