Welcome to MoreInterviews ("we", "us", or "our"). MoreInterviews is a product owned and operated by Whinst. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MoreInterviews web application and its services (collectively, the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

MoreInterviews is a web-based application that helps users generate tailored CVs and cover letters based on their professional profile and specific job advertisements. The App uses artificial intelligence to assist in creating personalized, interview-ready job application documents. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all generated content before using it for job applications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using MoreInterviews, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and profile setup.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MoreInterviews for any unlawful or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

• Submitting false or misleading professional information.
• Generating documents for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the App.
• Using the App in a manner that violates the rights of others.

5. Accuracy of Generated Documents

MoreInterviews generates CVs and cover letters based on the information you provide and the job advertisements you submit. While we strive for high-quality outputs, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the generated documents. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before use. MoreInterviews does not guarantee job interviews or employment outcomes.

6. Credits, Plans, Payments & Refunds

MoreInterviews operates on a credit-based system where one credit is typically required to generate one tailored job application (including a CV and cover letter). Credits may be purchased through paid plans and may also be offered through promotional or free tiers.

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Unused credits may expire if specified at the time of purchase.
• Payments are refundable when a refund request is made within 14 days of purchase and the purchased credits have not been used.

7. Data Privacy

You retain ownership of all personal and professional information you provide. This data is used solely for the purpose of generating tailored CVs and cover letters and improving your experience within the App. While we implement reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the MoreInterviews platform—including its design, branding, software, and functionality—are the exclusive property of Whinst. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the documents generated using your personal information; however, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App’s outputs for personal and professional purposes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activities, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, any remaining credits may be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MoreInterviews shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to errors in generated documents, loss of data, or failure to secure employment or interviews.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
